Daphne plays Magenta in the 2000 Broadway revival of The Rocky Horror Show. The cast recording is available on RCA Records.

Daphne created the role of Mimi in the original workshop and Broadway productions of Jonathan Larson's Rent. Daphne earned the 1996 Tony and Drama Desk nominations for Best Actress and received the Theater World Award. The original cast recording is available on Dreamworks Records.

Daphne started her musical career in the early 90's as a member of the girl group Pajama Party. They released two albums Up All Night and Can't Live Without It, which included the hits "Yo No Se","Over and Over", and "Can't Live Without it".
